Gammelgården

Gammelgården ligger belägen i en trevlig by som heter Övermyra/Österberg, 2km öster om Storvik. Avstånd till närliggande orter är Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Busshållplats 4 min promenad. Huset är timrat i Ottsjö Jämtland och räddades från ödehusdöden då det flyttades hit. Inredningen är unik med svenska historiska möbler och föremål. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.

Sunnanäng Hilltop - mysig med fantastisk utsikt

Mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på vår egen tomt (5 000 kvm) i den fina byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Sängen är bäddad och rena handdukar är framlagda när ni anländer, här är det enkelt att trivas! Byn ligger längst med Siljan, med bil tar det 4 minuter till Leksand Sommarland, 8 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med personlig inredning i Dalastil. Stugan ligger med fantastisk utsikt över Siljan. På gården bor värdparet i hus och det finns en stor trädgård som ger avskildhet. I boendet ingår toalett, dusch, bastu, kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns en dubbelsäng i separat sovrum och bäddsoffa med två bäddar i vardagsrummet. Städning ingår inte i priset och ska göras före utcheckning.
