Cozy Urban Duck Farm between SEA Airport & Downtwn

Welcome to our light-filled guest suite, located between downtown Seattle & the airport. Our guest suite is the top floor apartment of our family home, with a separate entrance & north facing windows. You'll have the entire suite, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen & large living room and balcony, all to yourself. We have a beautiful view of the greenbelt in front of our home. Whether you are on a work trip or looking for a fun get-away, our place is perfect for you!

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Cabin

The Fox Den is a stand-alone cabin, located in a quiet neighborhood on Fox Island. It's a 1-minute drive, or 10 minute walk to the public beach (Fox Island Sand Spit) *Update* The Fox Island Sandspit Park, will be closed for maintenance on September 22, 2025 and reopen by December 1, 2025. The Fox Island Fishing Pier is still open. (12-minute drive from the Fox Den) Dogs: Up to 1 well behaved dog, is allowed with extra pet fee of $25 per stay. (No Cats Please)

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
