Magnifique appartement d'angle avec une belle hauteur sous plafond dans un immeuble 1930 en plein centre ville à quelques minutes à pied du lac et à 3 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Toutes les commodités à proximité, plusieurs arrêts de bus, accès à pied au marché de Rive, restaurants, boutiques, musées. (muséum d'Histoire Naturelle, musée d'Art et d'Histoire, musée de l'Horlogerie, collection Baur, Cathédrale, musée Barbier-Muller Eglise Russe), parcs et bords du lac

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Fully equipped studio apartment at the heart of Leysin. Leysin is a dream holiday destination to enjoy nature and winter ski activities. We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(200m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(300m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

(voir photos) Ce village comporte de nombreux avantages: 2 piscines couvertes, patinoire, tobogganing, manège de chevaux, minigolf et bien sûr les pistes de ski de tous niveaux de difficulté, un snowpark réputé (refait en 2018), une école de ski excellente et bien d'autres avantages !
