Welcome to a peaceful and charming retreat. The house is situated on an elevated position with a sea view, terraces and a large round pool for swimming and play. It is just a 3-minute walk down to the sea and public swimming piers. You can reach Vaxholm by bike in 20 minutes. Here you will find restaurants, cafés, shops and boat connections to Stockholm and the archipelago. At Resarö where the house is located, there is a canoe rental, grocery store, beautiful trails for MTB/hike along the water

Mysig stuga vid insjö i soligt och lugnt läge

Här kan du sitta ner i lugn och ro på verandan eller gå ner och ta ett svalkande dopp i sjön. Stugan ligger i ett perfekt sydvästvänt läge mot den fina badsjön Maren. På andra sidan ligger en allmän sandstrand. För den fiskeintresserade finns både gädda och abborre i sjön och det finns tillgång till roddbåt. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.

Huset lämpar sig perfekt för en familj eller för två par. 10 min promenad från huset finns en fin badstrand, och runt om på ön finns flera möjligheter till bad och fiske, från bryggor och klippor. Det finns en trevlig restaurang vid vattnet, och en liten obemannad kiosk som har öppet dygnet runt.

Ozzy's hus i Kummelnäs

Vårt hus ligger i en lugn och naturskön miljö - nära sjö och hav. Ozzy som är en tjusig och vänlig katt bor i huset under din vistelse och att ge henne mat morgon och kväll ingår. Kummelnäs ligger nära skärgården men också Stockholms puls. Badsjöar, färjor till skärgården eller city ligger inom gångavstånd. Huset ligger 25 minuter med bil från Stockholm city respektive 30 minuter med buss. Bussen går ca 200 meter från huset.
