Mountains, rivers, rough nature, picturesque villages, castles and beautiful cities such as Vichy, Moulins and Clermont-Ferrand nearby. Bellenaves at 1.5 mile with all basic facilities and a train station. Building huts, canoeing, walking, cycling, swimming in the Gorges de la Sioule. It's all possible.

Maison au calme / piscine / sauna / vue dégagée !

Dans les gorges de la Sioule, à environ 500 mètres de la rivière. Au calme, dans son écrin de verdure. Pas de voisins à proximité. Le gîte est indépendant de la maison des propriétaires. C'est une maison ancienne rénovée avec gout : parquet, pierres apparentes, charpente apparente. Belle vue. Il dispose d’une terrasse couverte, d'un accès à la piscine (non chauffée) de juin à septembre. Le sauna ( au bois) est accessible toute l'année et vous promet de parfaits moments de relaxation.

Le studio est neuf, salon, cuisine aménagée 2 chambres dont une pour une pers. Wifi parfois délicate en raison de l situation du village. Idéale pour un couple seul avec un enfant ou un autre adulte .cet appartement est entièrement équipé. La cour des dames sera accessible si vous voulez profiter des extérieurs.

With six acres there is plenty of room for everyone. The barn cottage has two bedrooms with dining, living, and outdoor lounging/dining areas. Our home is nearby on the property and we will be happy to assist with anything you may need.
