Private Studio, 6 Doors to Beach

My nightly price remains the $150, but is adjusted up to cover 15.5% fee that Airbnb now requires hosts to pay to them. One room guest unit, w/kitchen*. Separate entrance, detached from home. 6 doors to beach, 1 block to Venice pier. Studio is 220 sq ft, efficient, usually quiet & comfortable for 1 or 2. Shower is tight. Queen 14" microfoam mattress. There is NO parking space. While parking can be hard to find, no one has not found it! No smoking or vaping on the property, indoors or out.

Our casita was completed in 2021 and offers a large one-bedroom with a king size bed with 100% cotton sheets and down comforter, a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, full kitchen, and a living room. The backyard offers multiple seating opportunities for you to kick up your feet and relax after a long day of exploring.
