Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and golf. There is over 750 square feet of living space. Cool off during the hot months in the pool or relax with a game of bocce ball or horse shoes. The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.

Three Pines a literary nod to best selling author Louise Penny. Her characters live in the village of 3 Pines, a sanctuary. This room was created to make you smile. The endearing artwork is the creation of artist Karen Damyanovich. I grew up in the hotel business and in turn created a restaurant, Cafe Ted, a Yoga studio and Daisy Buchnan Designs. 3 Pines is a bit of all my experiences. Smile:). License #21460189. McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
