Il Castellare a Mammiano

Il Castellare si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla a nord del paese di Mammiano. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
