It's the perfect spot for visiting Victoria! You’ll feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. We are centrally located in the city core and every major tourist spot in the Inner Harbour area is within 10 minutes walk. Our building offers free secure underground parking in a private 1 car garage. We also have street parking.

Comfortable room with Queen & dedicated bath

My home is within walking distance to bus service and shopping. It is a short drive to the hospital, university, hiking trails, rivers, lakes. Some tourist attractions are a within a 2 km radius. Lake Cowichan is a 21 minute drive. Victoria is a 58 min drive. Nanaimo is a 41 min drive. There is clean drinking water straight from the taps. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is ample parking on the street and in my driveway. I also have storage space for bicycles if need be.
