Fica localizada no Centro Histórico de Évora, junto ao Aqueduto da Água da Prata, na zona onde este cruza a Muralha Medieval. Dista 600 metros do Templo Romano, da Sé Catedral e da Praça do Giraldo. A Capela dos Ossos fica a 800 metros.
