The apartment is located in a property with a communal pool. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). With the metro general torres located 5 minutes (uphill) walk from the apartment, you can easily visit the main tourist attractions of Porto and Gaia as well as the new World Of Wine museum. Porto city center is less than 5 minutes away by metro. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator. Possibility of baby cot on request. The apartment does not have a view of the city of Porto or street frontage, which makes it very quiet. KEY FEATURES: The apartment is a charming duplex with upstairs: - 1 very comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe. Towels and sheets are provided. Main room: - a tastefully decorated living and dining area with a sofa bed and a television (Smart TV). - A well-equipped kitchenette with all the appliances you could need! coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, small fridge, microwave, toaster… - There is a washer-dryer available. It is equipped with heating and air conditioning (SPLIT) A Wifi connection is available. Guest access: You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including all furniture and utensils as well as the property's swimming pool in high season (unheated). The apartment itself is managed by Romain who will be able to give you plenty of visiting tips for your stay. Towels, sheets will be provided for the duration of your stay We are always available and happy to help you with anything you may need before and during your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you to Porto very soon! A carafe of Port, equipped kitchen, you are at home here (we speak French, English, Portuguese) OTHER REMARKS: A tourist tax will be payable on site, thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to my bright, open planned top floor apartment with a fantastic view of Portos old city, the Douro river, the famous bridge and the Port wine houses. My apartment is perfect for two couples or a family (2 double beds) who sometimes wishes to relax and cook dinner at home. When your children go to sleep you can still be part of the nightlife, enjoying the view from the balcony while sipping a glass of wine. Plenty of free parking on the street but also ask me if my garage is available!
