Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. Viridis is a 4 stars studio apartment in a house and it has a huge private garden, a jacuzzi, a terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view to the woods. It is a perfect destination for those who search privacy and a quiet green place for relaxing. Our guests are provided by 2 bikes, a pikado and a table tennis. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)

More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
