Our house is located in Vodnjan, about 5 min from Fažana, and 10 from Pula. House is fully equipped and furnished - consist of living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and cozy outdoor space with table chairs and barbecue, also a parking for one car. Near house you can find store, ATM, pizzeria, restaurants, bakery and bars. It's located in peaceful neighborhood close to center, but still surrounded by nature and secluded enough to give you privacy. Pets are welcome too. Have a nice stay!

The town of Vodnjan is close to all major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, Fažana, Brijuni National Park, and Rovinj. The first beaches "Fažana" and "Peroj" are approximately 6 km from the house. The first restaurant "Maslina" is 950 m away. Restaurant "Buffalo" are 1.6 km from the property.

Ideally located since both the first beach and the city centre are in 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment offers fully equipped new kitchen, bed linens, bath towels, Internet TV, air condition and free WIFI in the whole apartment. There is a possibility to park the car in the front yard of the building.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
