The apartment is ultra-modern and is part of a villa with two other flats each with separate entry doors. It has a balcony of 50m2, a garden of 150m2 and one parking space. It is located a mere 50m from a calm and wonderful beach. The flat has two bedrooms with double beds (160), a large open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room, all equipped with the highest standards. The kitchen includes all relevant, modern appliances such as induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.
