Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

It’s situated in a small public park right on the lake, offering a amazing 180-degree panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Die charmante Ferienwohnung ist teilrenoviert, bietet Aussicht auf den Sihlsee und 2 Erwachsenen mit zwei Kindern, allenfalls 3-4 Erwachsenen eine behagliche Unterkunft. Wandern, Radfahren, Faulenzen, Ruhe geniessen. Badenden steht ein halb-privater Badestrand mit Umkleidekabine, Dusche und Feuerstelle zur Verfügung. Im nahen Willerzell gibt es eine Segel-und Kitesurfschule. Einsiedeln lockt zum Besuch des Klosters mit der schwarzen Madonna, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang gehört zu einem Einfamilienhaus und liegt am Dorfeingang auf der Strecke Zug-Ägeri (unmittelbar bei der Bushaltestelle Spinnerei). Im nahen Dorfzentrum finden Sie sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Ägerisee und das Naherholungsgebiet Schützen bieten vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Ausstattung: 1x Doppelbett (160x200 cm), Küche mit Keramikkochfeld, Backofen und Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Milchschäumer, genügend Geschirr und Pfannen vorhanden.

Unser Biobauernhof liegt eingebettet zwischen grünen Weiden und Bergen am Rande der UNESCO Biosphäre Entlebuch, rund 35 Minuten von Luzern entfernt. Hier triffst du Ziegen, Kühe, Hühner und viele weitere Tiere und erlebst das authentische Leben auf dem Lande hautnah.

Skifahren im nahen Skigebiet Hoch-Ybrig und Oberiberg, Langlauf im Nachbardorf Studen-Unteriberg, Schneeschuhlaufen. Bike- und Wandertouren, sowie schwimmen im Hallenbad Unteriberg oder das Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz das man von uns aus in 30 min. Autofahrt erreicht.

The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.
