Sunsets365 is a luxury modern, self-contained accommodation for couples overlooking Lake King at Metung. Enjoying a spectacular sunset each night, that's Sunsets365. Just a short walk to the Metung Country Club and Hot Springs with public golf course. Access is via a spiral staircase to your private balcony which has an uninterrupted magnificent view of Lake King and the mountains beyond. Dolphin Cove, just to your right attracts several species of Victorian raptors and other native animals.

The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

Down to Earth Farm Retreat - The Burrow

Set on a private and peaceful 130 acre property just 10 minutes from the town of Bairnsdale, the Burrow has been built underground. The roof is a garden. The Burrow is light and airy and naturally well insulated. The floor to ceiling windows allow guests to view the natural environment and enjoy the night sky. The Burrow provides an opportunity to experience unique, eco-friendly earth-sheltered living and guests may walk on the property to see farm animals and native wildlife.

Koala Kottage

Koala Kottage’s refurbished interior features a living area, dining area, exquisite large en suite bathroom with garden courtyard view and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen . There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . The Kottage features vaulted timber lined ceilings with sky light. Surrounded by a natural habitat of gum trees, koalas, kangaroos and colourful native birds.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Welcome to our home in Lakes Entrance! Our home is in town on the flat and a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. As evidenced by the feature photo, the house offers sweeping views of Lake King and the Boole Poole Peninsula. This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. Our beautiful B&B is only 30m from the waters edge, set in quite private bush space. It is close to the ferry to take you to all the services Paynesville has to offer. Relax on the beach , swim, bushwalking , bike riding or kayaking. Abundance of wild life on doorstep.
