The Wheelhouse Inn - CROW'S NEST

The Crow's Nest is a standalone unit situated at the top of the property. It is the most spacious of our 5 accommodations with the biggest views. Every room has spectacular views over Tasman Bay to the ranges in the west. The Crow's Nest has 2 bedrooms ... the master with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, stove, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, sugar and a full range of crockery and cutlery. From there you can move to the dining room or out on to the spacious balcony which has a bbq and outdoor seating for casual dining. The lounge has a flat screen tv, dvd and there is Free WIFI. The bathroom is upstairs with the master bedroom and has a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. Free parking is directly outside your accommodation and the whole unit is surrounded by native bush.

Relax in this very peaceful and private setting of this new Studio Apartment with the feeling of being in the Countryside. It is situated 6 km from Nelson CBD and close to bus service into town. There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay, with a vegan option on request. This cottage with elevated views is approx. 10km from Nelson. The modern interior has a dining area and kitchen equipped with a bench and sink, hot plate, microwave and fridge/freezer; a living area with a fold-out double bed settee and tv; and a delightful bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet. Parking is available, continuous gas-fired hot water, gas-fired BBQ, free WIFI, clean linen and towels etc. Washing and drying machines can be available.

The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Light and Spacious guest apartment located separate from main house. Enjoy the Spa Pool for your exclusive use, watch the sunset or stargaze. The landscaped swimming pool is a great spot to cool off in summer. Fast Broadband Wi Fi is provided if you need to keep in touch. We live onsite but your accommodation is independent from the main dwelling. We don't charge extra for cleaning, linen. Just relax and enjoy

Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.
