Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.
