Located in the mountains of North Georgia & perfectly nestled in the valley of Lookout Mountain, on a Hang Gliding & Paragliding Flight Park. Watch gliders fly above from the deck & still have Chattanooga attractions only a short 20 minutes away! Fire pit access for starry nights, creek access for exploration. Cleaned by professional cleaning company. We have 3 yurts on the property to potentially accommodate a group.

Shangri-Little Tiny House (Live A Little Chatt)

Perched on a cliff overlooking the best sunset views from Lookout Mountain, sits the famous "Shangri-Little", from the hit show, Tiny House Nation! We created this luxury tiny house experience to give you the best sunset, the best sleep, and an incredible connection with nature. Our secluded location is just off of Scenic HWY, in close proximity to all of Chattanooga's coveted outdoor adventures! Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Cloudland Canyon (Waterfall Hikes) are all within a 10 minute drive!

Gamekeeper Hut

Come stay in our favorite Gamekeeper's Hut at Fable Realm! The Keeper of Keys' Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

Tiny Fern on the Bluff- sunset views

Enjoy sunset views from the bluff of Lookout Mtn. A cozy tiny house complete with outdoor fire pit and seating area located just off of scenic highway. Comfortably sleeps two in loft area bed. The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, measuring cups ** new outdoor shower!

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Lil' Haven - Lofted Bathtub with Unmatched View

Perched high on the brow on Lookout Mountain, our pet-friendly tiny house is packed with luxurious features and is surprisingly spacious. Lil' Haven is the perfect place to get away after a day in Chattanooga or a hike on the mountain. It’s a short drive down or along the mountain to best restaurants and state parks. Enjoy a meal out on the deck admiring the view, relax in the soaker tub, or simply sink back into the bed and stargaze through the skylights.

The Barn Guesthouse on Lookout Mountain

The Barn Guesthouse features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. It is a luxurious getaway on Lookout Mountain. It's a guesthouse next to my home that offers lots of privacy and incredible wooded views. The home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a small community feel.

This adorable tiny home is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain with beautiful panoramic views and a hot tub. Tucked between beautiful, green pastures with goats and chickens browsing close by. Look up and you will see the hang gliding launch and the air dotted with hang gliders and paragliders soaring up to the clouds. The spacious deck affords great views of the mountain and the nearby fire pit the perfect place to relax under the stars.

Situated in Northwest Georgia within the heart of the Tennessee Valley, this contemporary-style treehouse is positioned on 15 acres of private property, featuring a cedar Japanese Ofuro soaking tub and views of the stunning Pigeon Mountain. We are close to some of Georgia's most desirable hiking trails, and other scenic outdoor activities. This hilltop retreat offers solitude and tranquility for our guests.
