Welcome to the Q-Corral, located in the heart of wine country! We are located within a short drive of 5 wineries and can arrange tours to any others you wish to visit. Our apartment is a 1BD 1BA with a full kitchen, spacious deck, and private entrance. There is also an 220W EV charger upon request. During your stay, we welcome you to experience the "farm life" and interact with the many animals we have on the property. This can include collecting your own eggs for breakfast from our chickens!

Our charming, cozy library studio features a beautiful cherrywood Queen bed with cloud-like bedding and lots of plush pillows for cuddling or reading in bed. Cozy, peaceful, and feels like home. Wood fireplace, home theater living area w/ 65” TV, desk for remote work, microwave, fridge, bathroom with shower, plus in-unit washer and dryer. Your private entrance has a shaded patio for lounging, surrounded by a secluded, park-like backyard. Local wine or sparkling cider provided for you to enjoy.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

We built with sound proofing in mind. We do live in the rest of the house and you will hear us. A safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

Big Bear near Canyon Lakes

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this brand new modern, rustic detached 1-bedroom building in Kennewick near Canyon Lakes. The cozy loft features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can stay connected and comfortable throughout their stay. Enjoy all that Kennewick has to offer when you stay at our place. This detached ADU sits behind the main home with off-street parking, fully stocked with dishes/utensils, and a Keurig for coffee lovers!

Reclaimed Respite King Bed

This is a studio in-law suite unit. We used beautiful reclaimed wood as a major design element of this unique space. The thermostat for the hvac system is in the main house, this space generally stays at a consistent temperature between 68-72. We do still have some construction happening on the house next door so we are running a construction special, expect some noise usually between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please don’t book here if this would be inconvenient for you.

Beautiful Richland - Suite A

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Fallon Studio Short Term

Ideal one bedroom studio in the heart of West Richland. Just a couple of blocks away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the Yakima River, West Richland Golf Course, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or cozy home base while exploring everything Tri-Cities has to offer. Convenient location with PSC Airport, WSU Tri-Cities, and PNNL about 15 minutes away and the Hanford Site about 30 minutes away. There is free parking on premise!

NEIGH-bors Barndominium

NEIGH-bors is on the top floor of a barn just within the city limits of Pendleton, Oregon. It's 600+ square feet, and includes a nicely stocked kitchen and full bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom and an air mattress and/or floor mattress in the living room. This "barndo" is an attractive option for those who desire convenience and rustic charm.
