The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. Parking is on the street or the grassed nature strip.
