Ada’s Cottage is a seaside property based in the West Lake District/West Cumbria. The cottage backs onto the beach and is in a peaceful little village with 3 country pubs and cafe. The village also boasts the La’al Ratty; a famous Lake District steam railway. The property sleeps 4 people in 2 rooms- One double & One Twin. With both modern and original nautical features, this property is a very cosy and unique stay. Located in an ideal location to discover the Lake District via foot or train.

1 Santon Cottages is a beautiful house situated in the North West Lake District. It is very close to Scafell Pike- the highest peak in England, Wastwater lake- the deepest in England and the coast is a 10 minute drive. The house has breath taking views over the fells and is well equipped with all you will need including a log burner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Free wifi included. Pets are very welcome and there is a private fully secure garden. Extra Charge of £30 per stay.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The Hayloft - a cottage on our Lake District farm

Completed in July 2020, The Hayloft is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater lake in the Lake District. Bedroom one has a double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 can be made up as a double bed or two single beds. We can provide an extra small bed in here for a young child up to about age 7.
