There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Nestled on the edge of White Western Lake, this duplex unit has everything you need to escape the city, all while maintaining proximity to a number of other desirable attractions such as the recreational bliss of Econfina Creek (approx. 12 mi), the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach (appox. 25 mi), and the otherworldly experience of the Florida Caverns (approx. 50 mi). Guests must be 25+ years of age or minors accompanied by an adult.

There are neighbor dogs running loose and also the occasional wild animals including eagles, hawks, Osprey, turkey, deer, and coyotes. It's always best to be on the safe side when it comes to your family and furbabies.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Spacious 2/2 mobile home on a REAL WORKING FARM. We raise Dairy Cows, Dairy Goats, Poultry and Water Fowl and BIG PIGS. You can just relax on the front porch or curl up on the sofa and watch a movie, help milk the dairy cows/goats, or help feed the farm. Great experience for families with kids. We have livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm and our guest! We DO NOT allow pets because of our dogs!
