This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. The Dell View Suite at the Wilsonville Equestrian Center (WEC) is a unique, spacious getaway in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from Interstate 5 (and dozens of shops and restaurants) and about 30 min from downtown Portland. Fully ADA compliant, the Suite is a self-contained wing of the main estate, great for family gatherings. It features 3 bedrooms, a large great room, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. This is not intended to be a party house as hosts live in attached main estate.

The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.
