This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Please do not send request for dates when they are already booked. Especially in the summer. If I have availability the dates will show it is open on my calendar. Pets allowed Sept - May. There're 2 kayaks available at the premise for our guests to use. We are also have a mooring available to dock your boat at pre-request. We’re not responsible for any of the water sports such as, kayaking or swimming etc..that may cause of injuries/ or deaths, these activities are at your own risk.

The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
