73 Kymbolde, a charming Victorian farmhouse was built in 1925. The house has been professionally decorated blending the allure of the original period detailing with modern updates. Situated on five and a half bucolic acres with a beautiful in-ground swimming pool, you will love the private setting. Although Narragansett Town Beach is just a short drive away, you may decide to spend your days lounging by the pool. Enjoy the night sky and sounds of summer from the fabulous twelve foot covered porch. With ceiling fans and lighting, the porch will become a favorite place for seasonal al fresco dining or simply relaxing. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bath. The master bedroom has a new covered deck overlooking the private yard. Air conditioning units are located in two bedrooms. First floor features include a large living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen as well as a half bathroom. Located in South Kingstown, off Middlebridge Road, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating are just minutes away on Narrow River. By setting off from the bridge and paddling south, you will soon find yourself at the end of Narragansett Town Beach. Experienced kayakers will enjoy navigating the point where the river meets the ocean. The property is also centrally located and near many Narragansett beaches, Wakefield, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, the Block Island Ferry, Newport and Providence. This home is managed by Sunrise Properties, a local Property Management company run by local Rental Agents, Kim Churas, Kara Churas and Heather Kelley. Sunrise Properties is located at 24A Pier Marketplace, Narragansett, RI 02882. Please note during that property requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.

Air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microave, wi-fi, smart t.v., small fridge and large freezer. Feel right at home with fully stocked kitchen and use of gas grills and outdoor picnic tables. Take a dip in the private in ground pool or access path to small beach after a long day exploring the island. NO pets or smoking.

Located on a private road on a dead-end street, the home is equipped with a back patio and fire pit, inground pool. swing set, trampoline, basketball hoop, and 2 outdoor grills. Property is professionally treated for ticks/mosquitos and hiking is directly across the street. Less than 10 minute drive from the famous Nordic Lodge, Charlestown Beaches, local state park, and, Fantastic Umbrella Factory.

Within a 20 min..drive you have 2 Casinos Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun, Great Restaurants, The Mystic Aquarium, Seaport,Shopping ,Golf Courses, local Vineyards. When visiting The Ocean State you must see sthe waves! Always welcome to relax in the in ground saltwater pool. Extra guests allowed for small fee.Please inquire.

This Watch Hill escape offers families the perfect summer vacation. It's only a six minute drive from Rhode Island's best beaches, has a private saltwater pool (w/safety fence), fire pit, multilevel decks with water views, and a BBQ grilling section; it's newly-renovated, spacious, and clean. The house is located a close drive from the towns of Watch Hill, Stonington, and Mystic--iconic summer escapes that are easily accessible from both New York City and Boston. Life is short. Our home is located on a Waterfront harbor with fabulous sunrises & never-ending views from your private back yard and your in ground pool with an outside bathroom! Located in a historic neighborhood walking distance to the very friendly Wickford village where you will find very friendly people, wonderful restaurants and shops, plus amazing historic churches and buildings! No guests under 12 permitted on property because of the pool. Maximum guests 4. Absolutely no pets allowed on property.

Misquamicut Beach House, 1 Mile From the Ocean!

This is a single family home & is a 15-20 minute walk from Misquamicut Beach in Westerly. It is also a short drive from beautiful Watch Hill, historic Ocean House & Mystic, CT. This comfortable & stylish beach house can sleep up to 8 people. There is an above-ground pool & an outdoor lounge & eating area. The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer a beach parking pass. Passes are tied to vehicles. A day pass is $12-$20, depending on the beach.
