Two full bathrooms & two kitchenettes make for plenty of room to accommodate your group. Bonus - you'll be walking distance to almost all of Springdale!

The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

Come stay in our 1100 square foot historic (circa 1858) pioneer home. This modernized home offers conveniences while keeping its pioneer heritage.
