Complete with a screened in patio, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers and a safe fenced in backyard complete with swing set, trampoline, play house and loads of toys.

Each floor is 1250sq ft. Upstairs boasts lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms, 1- 1/2 baths, kitchen and lots of seating in the living room. The deck has a natural gas BBQ. Kitchen is fully stocked as well as Reverse osmosis drinking system, complimentary tea and coffee. The basement is brand new with 9' ceilings, in floor heat, big windows, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, tv and sitting area. There is a fire pit area and some seating for it. Beausite is 15 away and sells firewood.

Enjoy sitting out on your own small deck. Registered guests have free access to our 18 hole pitch& putt (great for all ages)! In the evenings gather around the communal firepit and stargaze under the prairie sky.

There are 2 bedrooms, a loft and 1.5 bathrooms.
