Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
