It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

This self-contained air-con cabin consists of a queen bed and ensuite with toilet and shower. TV with local channels. The cabin features a deck with a small table and chairs to sit out and enjoy berry springs nature and the local farm animals. Cows and a donkey. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cutlery & crockery you will need and pots, pans, microwave and toaster, kettle and stove top. Plus, a full-size fridge/freezer. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
