Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

This is the perfect place to stay if flying in to sail away on a cruise! Make yourself at home in our private & cozy guesthouse, with all the amenities of home. It is not a duplex, the other door is to a locked garage. Conveniently located between the Airport and Port Canaveral. Orlando Speed World and all of the great attractions are a stones throw away. You will access the guesthouse from a shared driveway, will have privacy of a wall and yard between the main house and guesthouse.

Tiny Tropical House! 🏝

Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.

Welcome to Orlando! This space is perfect for you. You will have your own bathroom, mini kitchen, AC, patio, and prívate entrance. Smoking is no allowed inside but you will have a smoking area. A comfortable and prívate studio; you will feel like home. The arrival time is flexible, the check-out is at 10 am, if you leave at 10:05 or need extra time there is a charge of $10 dollars per hour
