My place is in a quiet street close to the beautiful south coast of Wellington, a casual stroll to the beach, a short bus ride to the city centre, local cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. It's ideal for couples and business travellers. Free and reliable Wifi, Freeview TV and DVD . Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

Welcome to our heavenly haven. You will enjoy your own private space with private entrance in the downstairs area of our beautiful refurbished church. Lovely spacious and stylish bedroom with stunning feature windows, a full bathroom and separate living area. We provide Freeview TV, Netflix and a Chromecast. Continental breakfast is provided. Drive on access to your door with free parking. The bus stop is a few minutes away. A short drive to Victoria University, Zealandia and the Wellington CBD.

In the heart of vibrant Newtown, private and sunny

Carport available for you to use. Suitable for most cars, but too low for utes. Free on street parking. My place is a 2 minute walk to the main street of Newtown, close to Wellington's Hospitals, public transport and airport. You’ll love the generous space in this gorgeous, cosy 1890's cottage, with modern bathroom, spacious lounge, comfy bed, a private garden & full kitchen with gas hob & electric oven for guests who like to cook. My place is good for singles, couples and business travellers.

Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Brand new 1 bedroom unit in the ❤️ of Khandallah

Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

This modern self-contained unit with private access offers the best of both worlds - quiet with stunning elevated sea views from every room and just a 12min drive to the city centre and ferry terminal, and a 25min drive to Wellington Airport. Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.
