A quiet and cozy city fringe studio boasting prime position in its perfect location. Peaceful, private, and securely nestled into a greenbelt nook, away from roads, with a lovely, elevated view. My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly, and directly access native bush walks. Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

Charming character cottage with privacy and views

Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Pase note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage. )

Get away from it all when you stay in our comfortable treehouse hut nestled under a canopy of native Karaka trees with a view of the harbour, right next to one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of nature. PLEASE NOTE: There is no bathroom in the hut. A shared shower and toilet is a short walk away down the path. The sleeping space in the hut is a double bed in the loft which may not be ideal for TALL people!

Private mini studio; bedroom, bathroom and breakfast area which is completely separate from the main house in a beautiful bush setting in Lower Hutt. TV with Free View, and Chrome cast We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities in the suite. It is a bed & breakfast only. There is a microwave for reheating. Plenty of eateries in Lower Hutt, Petone &beyond Parking: Free on-street parking, on quiet, safe road opp. our shared drive - with a street light. Off-street unavailable. 🌈🌈

Just a short 10min walk from the city’s cultural heart, it offers peaceful seclusion with unbeatable access to everything. Part of a beautifully restored villa, the studio has a private entrance, leafy surroundings, and a relaxed vibe. Just 10 minutes from the airport, and 5 mins to everything the city has to offer, it blends convenience with boutique charm.

Private cosy cottage in Khandallah

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

Romantic and Adventurous #2

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Cosy Cabin ~outdoor bath~stars~donkeys

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly. One small fur baby allowed. Please advise when booking.

Green Apple Cabin

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Escape to Cottage on Venice for a relaxing romantic weekend. This cozy 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for a couple to explore Martinborough. Ideally placed to walk or bike to all that this boutique wine region and village has to offer (wineries, cafes, shops, walking trails, cycling, local pool). Cozy up to the fireplace after a nice long soak in the vintage clawfoot tub, or enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or deck.
