Ash View Apartment for Walkers, Cyclists & Artists

A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and generously sized bedroom. Ash View has underfloor heating to keep you cosy. Sole entry to the apartment is via a set of outdoor stairs. Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
