Watch the sunrise with your coffee from your patio and spend the evenings watching the stars from your fire pit. Walk down the steps to what we call the Misty River Park where you will find a shared seating area with a few hammocks and a unique floating dock.

The glamp is a part of a bigger initiative to build a community infrastructure that produces generational wealth of mind, body, and spirit for a community at large. Yesterday, It was a forgotten dairy farm. Today it's a sanctuary to free your wild spirit. In a wild garden, everything is wild in mind, body, and spirit. And in that, there is peace and balance. This is a space to fast from the sensationalized life, and hone your mind, body, and spirit back to their wild & natural baseline.

Lil' Sumpin

Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

New campground established this year. Boutique with only 6 sites. Located on Seneca River 2 miles from popular Seneca Rocks with endless hiking trails/ 2 caverns in the area to explore Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Just 15 minutes from Beverly and Elkins, enjoy shopping, dining, and endless outdoor adventures. Note: All-wheel drive recommended in winter.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable retreat. RV sits right on Seneca Creek which is prime area for fishing. 3 miles from Seneca Rocks welcome center/ climbing/ hiking. Close proximity to Seneca Caves, Blackwater Falls, multiple hiking trails. Spectacular nightly viewing of stars. Each unit has a smokeless firepit with a larger fire pit at the far end for gathering/ larger fires. Rental comes with wood with additional wood for purchase as needed.

Enjoy small town conveniences. The entrance to Skyline Drive is about a 20 min drive. Sleeps 2-4. Two air mattresses are available to use.
