Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

Everything you need is in your separate and private 650 sqft floor, which is the lower level of our home on top of the mountain. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
