Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. Jandals on Otago street. Our spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally located a short walk (750m) to town and handy for the interislander ferries. Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches. Enjoy access to the Queen Charlotte Sound via the many tourist operators at the town quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.
