Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

We are surrounded by 600 acres of protected woodlands - The Putney Woods - with trails for hiking and biking right outside your door. The picturesque town of Langley, WA - 10 minutes away by car - hosts galleries, antique shops, restaurants, grocery store, post office, library, and a classic 250-seat movie theatre dating to the 1930's.

The Milking Barn Tiny House

The Milking Barn is a tiny house on a farm in Langley near Freeland on Whidbey Island. This historic building was once used to store the day's milk production. The building has been carefully restored to make it a cozy tiny house. We are just 15 minutes from the ferry in Clinton. It's just 5 minutes to Double Bluff Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Langley. We recently connected the apartment to our local fiber optic network so there is excellent connectivity for work or play. We also added a level 2 EV charging station for EV car owners. The queen mattress in the bedroom is a new Saatva luxury mattress.
