Our home is a block away from Canby Park, and is in the family-friendly neighborhood of Bayard Square. The house has all the conveniences you could need, and if you need something, just ask!

Nestled around the lake at Red Run Campground, enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch of your tiny home - or wet your fishing line in this catch and release fishing pond! The A-Frame Tiny Home features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchenette, and living room, as well as deck & firepit area. Also enjoy all of the amenities at Red Run Campground - including a pool (seasonal)!

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room.
