Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

This is a charming brick ranch house from the 40s and as such you will have to appreciate its character. This is now the home where we spend our winters and it is for you to enjoy during the summer. For your convince we have hired great people to keep the place cleaned and landscaped but be mindful that we live near the coast and occasionally small bugs make their way inside the house, if this bothers you, consider staying somewhere else.

PARTY POLICY: The Secret Garden is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property.
