Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. The ultimate city/beach escape. All the benefits of city living with the added bonus of a beach holiday. This self-contained studio is located a stone's throw from Rothesay Bay Beach. With its own entrance and deck overlooking an established landscaped garden, enjoy beach views interrupted only by Pohutakwa branches. Tui are frequent visitors, often seen dancing among the harakeke. Wake up to a morning swim or perhaps a short stroll over the hill to the many cafes on offer in Browns Bay.

The 35 square metre self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.
