The Old Barn @ Lamesley

This charming barn conversion with a lovely combination of stone and brickwork, has recently been fully refurbished. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. The living room/dining room/kitchen have an airy open aspect with far reaching views and are not overlooked. The house is an upside down one with the living area/dining room/kitchen and bathroom upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONE BEDROOM WITH A STANDARD DOUBLE BED. There is a fairly narrow carport, (8 feet 8 inches wide), a small front garden and a small private seating area at the rear. There is double glazing throughout and gas central heating.
