Footbridge Farm Cabin

Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

The Carriage House at Walnut Hill Farm

New construction finished in Spring 2023, this well-appointed space prioritizes the comfort of every guest. The open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings with locally and sustainably sourced pine arches. Custom windows maximize the views of Walnut Hill Farm. There are amenities throughout, including a proprietary coffee blend. There are four private bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining spaces, comfortable living room seating, two and 1/2 bathrooms, and off-street parking.

Monroe Street Cottage - Walk to Downtown & River

The Monroe Street Cottage is perfectly located within minutes of downtown Decorah, the Upper Iowa River, Pulpit Rock Brewery, the Whippy Dip, and so much more! It is the perfect retreat to slow down and relax. The cottage features a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer, grill, and private outdoor space. Bear Creek Cottage, Decorah, Ia (Highlandville)

Nestled in Northeast Iowa's Driftless Region approximately 14 miles northeast of Decorah, you will find this fully stocked, ready to use 3 bed home. Walking distance to Bear Creek, the top stocked trout fishing stream in the area and also Highlandville General Store. Firewood is available for purchase. Covered carport parking, up to 2 cars. Cell services is very limited and WiFi can have weak rural signal from time to time - here's your opportunity to go off grid and unwind!!!

We are a bright red home located on a side street, just 4 blocks from downtown. We offer 3 bedrooms, large living and dining areas, a sweet patio spot and a fenced in yard. Start up the fire pit and share your stories around the flames. Walk downtown to your favorite coffee place and enjoy this charming town.

We are located about two miles north of Seed Savers, three miles from Winneshiek Wildberry Winery, seven miles from Luther College, nine miles from downtown Decorah, and 13 miles from Toppling Goliath.

The Store

Welcome to The Store! This place originated as a grocery store in our little town of Ossian, IA. We have given this building a fresh new facelift and turned it into a vacation home. Don't be turned away from the outside as we continue to update but embrace the charm we have built on the inside. This space was well thought out with stunning features that we are excited to share with you!

Norsk Gjestehus Studio: Walkout w/Fireplace

This Scandinavian modern renovation was completed in August 2018. The mid-century renovation created a new 486 sq. ft. space, which was previously known as Vossheim Studio. The kitchenette includes a single induction cooktop with an under-counter refrigerator. A stacker washer/dryer is provided. The south windows fill it with light. Quiet time is 10:00 pm.
