The property is minutes' walk from the beach, bike track and cafes. The railway station, restaurants, pub and brewery are only a 10 to 15 minutes stroll away. Oakview Coastal Escape is a modern guesthouse and is perfect for both visiting travellers and business professionals. It can cater for up to four people, with a deluxe queen bed and a large pullout double sofa bed. It has a large living area with Smart TV and airconditioning. It has a modern stylish kitchen and bathroom. It also has a private back deck with BBQ that looks out to the trees in the park next door and also has views of the escarpment. It is located only minutes walk to the beach.

One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.
