Smart tv and good internet. We are within 5 min walking distance of downtown Parkersburg, and only a block from Camden Clark Hospital, affordable centrally located.

It's a stylish apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".
