This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.
