Tucked away in the heart of the beautiful coastal village of Mortehoe, Rock Cottage is a charming 200 year old fisherman’s cottage moments from stunning coastal walks and many of Devon’s finest beaches. Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

Blue Pebbles is a modern two-bedroom split-level house (sleeping 4) with balcony, terrace and magnificent sea views. It is close to all three beaches: Combesgate, Barricane and Woolacombe. Combesgate Beach is almost opposite and it is less than a ten minute walk along the Esplanade, to Woolacombe’s famous beach (voted The Times Beach of the Year 2021). The coastal path is also directly opposite. Blue Pebbles is ideal for couples, families with children and well-behaved dogs.

Longleigh is the ideal beach house perfectly situated in Croyde and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village centre. With sea views over the dunes, the house is surrounded by fields. Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.

A beautiful & recently renovated 2 bedroom property that is a 2 minute walk to the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach. Centrally located for easy access to Woolacombe and all the facilities, with the added benefit of being tucked away in a quiet street. We also have the 3 bedroom cottage next door which may be available for you to book if you are a larger party. We have parking permits for both properties for the South Street area.

Tucked into the Baggy's property just steps from Croyde Beach, Baggy's — The Studio is a stylish, cosy retreat with its own exclusive hideaway in the form of the Summer House. Perfect for couples or small families wanting a relaxed base for exploring one of North Devon's most beautiful coastlines. Well-behaved small and medium sized dogs are very welcome. Travelling as a larger group? Baggy's — The Lodge can also be booked alongside.
