Only a short drive away are the beaches of Westward Ho, Instow and Saunton Sands. The house boasts an enclosed private back garden with access to a personal gym, BBQ & outside eating area.

The complex itself has ample car parking, onsite amenities open April - November, outdoor children's play area and access to a path to the beach.
