Welcome to our home, we are a family of four who love to surf and spend time by the sea. Tucked away overlooking the beautiful coastal village of Ilfracombe. The property is set at the top of the bay with panoramic sea views. You can chill out after a day at the beach and enjoy the the magical sunsets from the deck. With its beach hut vibe, the accommodation has been lovingly renovated by architect surfers to a very high standard, perfect for romantic breaks or family holidays.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Centrally located for easy access to Woolacombe and all the facilities, with the added benefit of being tucked away in a quiet street. We also have the 2 bedroom cottage next door which may be available to book if you are a larger party. We have parking permits for both properties for the South Street area.
