Outside there's an enclosed, lawned garden, a patio for al fresco dining and a deck overlooking the estuary and Instow.

It has 2 bathrooms with direct access to south west coast path and short walk into Bude and it’s fantastic beachside facilities set on Bude holiday resort, you will find on-site heated outdoor pool and bar/restaurant, plus a children’s play park.
